The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of grilled, toasted and small notes of pulpy blackberry associated with small touches of crushed redcurrant as well as a fine hint of Tagada strawberry and a discreet hint of licorice stick. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize and a juicy/tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy bigarreau cherry, violet and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of crushed raspberry, chocolate, small blue fruits as well as delicate hints of oleander, olive and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place, toast and cocoa. Tannins are precise and mellow. A fine hint of good bitterness on the finish/persistence.
