The nose is fruity and offers a good definition, a fine/discreetly tight grain and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cherry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of violet associated with slight hints of a sense of the place/warm earth as well as a discreet hint of violet and olive. The palate is fruity, full of finesse and offers juiciness, suavity, a small minerality, a certain gourmandize, a controlled power and a certain controlled richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed redcurrant, pulpy blueberry and small notes of fleshy cassis combined with touches of vanilla, liquorice and a hint of toasted hazelnut.
