(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is peppery at first, with a clear expression of other spices (liquorice, cumin, grated nutmeg). Then, we feel a fruity, fresh, juicy and tangy substance in the aromas of red cherry, blackberry, morello cherry and crushed raspberry, as well as a toasted (toasted almond), sappy, slightly herbaceous (dried bouquet garni) and floral hint (violet). The palate is concentrated, but juicy and fresh. It expresses notes of morello cherry, red cherry, blackcurrant, a floral hint of peony and violet, as well as a spicy touch (liquorice, cumin, white pepper less pronounced, than on the nose) and toasted (toasted almond). The finish is quite persistent, tangy (on citrus notes – dried grapefruit and bergamot). The tannins are powdery, fine, but grippy, balanced by a lively acidity.
