Princess Gaby 2021 – Canon-Fronsac

The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration, a good maturity as well as gourmandise. There are notes of blackberry, morello cherry and small notes of roasted-juicy fruits associated with touches of cornflower, liquorice, a hint of sage and cardamom. The mouth is mineral and offers freshness, juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension, precision, a beautiful gourmandise, a beautiful energy (especialy in the middle of the mouth), acidity of the fruit as well as a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of morello cherry, cornflower and small notes of roasted small red fruits associated with touches of bright blackberry as well as hints of tabaco, cardamom as well as a toasted hint and vanilla. Good length. A slight stretched side on the finish. Gourmandise and sapidity.
