It reveals notes of dried orange, dried peach, clementine / lemon dried zests, crystallized mandarin and slight notes of citron associated with a subtle hint of dry apricot, Zante currant as well as small hints of spices, cedar and a discreet hint of rosewood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant and offers a slight suavity, minerality as well as a slight juiciness. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized mandarin, crystallized orange and slight notes of dried citrus associated with small touches of caramelization, vanilla cream as well as subtle touches of sweet spices, chocolate, toasted oak and cedar. Good length.
