The nose is spicy, « frank » and tasty. We find notes of wild blackberry, rose, pink pepper and more lightly spices associated with touches of small wild red berries and fine hints of tobacco. The palate is nicely fruity, juicy and silky, offering gourmandise. We perceive notes of pulpy wild cassis, bright cherry and cornflower associated with touches of rose, spice, tobacco as well as a hint of sweet spices. Tannins are mellow and sapid. Freshness and minerality. Good length.
