The nose is fresh and offers power, intensity as well as a finely tight grain. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, ripe raspberry and small notes of small creamy fruits associated with small touches of cornflower, pulpy cherry, vanilla, liquorice and a very discreet hint of fresh almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition, juiciness, minerality, a certain tension as well as energy and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, cherry and small notes of crushed blackberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, tobacco, liquorice as well as fine hints of tonka bean and concassed almond. Tannins are finely chewy.
