The nose offers freshness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and lily/bulb associated with small notes of wild red fruits, blackberry, racy minerality/graphite as well as subtle/discreet hints of gray pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe red berries, black cherry and more slightly wild strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice/zan, subtle/discreet touches of sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla and almond. Tannins are slightly firm. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of tonka bean on the persitence.
