The nose is fruity and structured. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, berries and slight notes of cassis combined with touches of racy minerality and a very discreet hint of spices / pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and offers a nice minerality, a beautiful fresh frame, a slight acidity, fat as well as good grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, crushed strawberry and slight notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of chocolate, caramelized oak and a subtle hint of gravels (racy / terroir) and a touch of bitterness on the persistence. Tannins are fine, well-built and straight. Good length.
