The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of compotted white fruits, juicy yellow fruits and racy minerality associated with a very discreet hint of beeswax, pepper (in the background) as well as a subtle hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, fluid, mineral, well-balanced and offers straightness, a good guideline as well as a fine fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, ripe pear / nectarine and fine hints of exotic fruits combined with a hint of beeswax as well as a discreet hint of almond / dried fruit. Good length and good persistence.
