The nose is fresh, mineral, elegant and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy pear, crushed brugnon, small notes of quince associated with touches of zests, lilac as well as hints of almond flowers and a very discreet hint of fresh local grove. The palate is fruity, fresh (beautiful freshness) and offers elegance, a beautiful finesse of the fat, suavity, ampleness, a small sapidity, softness, gourmandize, a racy minerality as well as a very fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy physalis, quince, small notes of fleshy/juicy pear associated with touches of peach flowers, lemon as well as fine hints of lychee, discreet hints of almond flowers and an imperceptible hint of fresh sage.
