The nose is elegant, racy, deep, well-built and offers a certain concentration and deepness. It reveals notes of morello cherry, small roasted-elegant blue fruits as well as hints of crushed strawberry, fine hints of star anise, a subtle hint of balsamic and a discreetly elegant hint of green olive, almost olive oil. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suppleness, gourmandise, a mineral frame, a good definition and a certain precision. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, brilliant cherry and small notes of small roasted-elegant red fruits associated with touches of licorice stick, fine hints of chocolate, tobacco and toast. Good length and offers a hint of balsamic and nutmeg. Tannins are supple, suave and gourmand. A subtle hint of good bitterness on the persistence.
