There are notes of wild blackberry, chocolate and small notes of sweet spices (green cardamom …) associated with small touches of red fruits (cherry, strawberry) as well as toasted hints, toasted hazelnut, a hint of caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of black olive and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension, a beautiful suavity, dynamism as well as a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / bright cherry, juicy / bright red berries and small notes of fresh wild blackberry associated with a touch of fresh flowers, tonka bean, sweet spices as well as a very fine hint of local grove / sense of place and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. Good length.
