(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers a juicy and fresh fruitiness (morello cherry, bigarreau cherry, fresh strawberry, raspberry, wild blackberry, a touch of blackcurrant), associated with a touch of kirsched cherry, dried rose, hay (in the background), dried basil, liquorice and cloves, as well as a touch of chocolate with mint. The palate offers juicy and pure fruit (flavors of strawberry, morello cherry, bigarreau cherry, redcurrant jelly, crushed raspberry and wild blackberry), combined with a hint of macerated cherry, liquorice, clove, herbs (dried mint, thyme, a touch of basil) and flowers (dried rose, peony). The tannins are a bit grippy, but enveloped. Good persistence in the mouth, on the gourmandise and freshness of tangy bigarreau cherry. Nice salivating acidity.
