(organic) The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is fragrant, fruity, and offers a pleasant floral and herbaceous aromas, which brings complexity and freshness. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, cranberries, raspberry, blueberry, crushed mint, fresh basil, fresh oregano, lilac, rosehip, as well as fine spicy touches of liquorice stick, nutmeg and clove, combined with a very slight note of toasted hazelnut. On the palate, the attack is savoury and supple. It offers notes of crushed strawberry, morello cherry, raspberry coulis, roasted red cherry, blueberry, blackberry and wild plum with its tannic touch. We then find notes of basil, fresh mint (in the background), oregano, toast, lilac and dried rose, as well as the bitterness of dried cranberries on the finish. The tannins are firm, but balanced by a salivating acidity. A wine that offers accuracy, power and straightness.
