The nose is mineral and racy. It reveals notes of rocky and almost salin minerality, fresh white fruits and fresh small yellow fruits associated with a hint of fresh pepper as well as a slight hints of aromatic herbs (after aeration/work in the glass). The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, well-built, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful racy/salin minerality as well as a nice freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of small yellow stone fruits, mirabelle and slight hints of apple associated with a subtle hint of ripe/fresh quince (in the background) as well as slight touches of aromatic herbs and a very discreet hint of butter (in the background). Beautiful persistence on subtle toasted hints and vanilla.
