The nose is quite aromatic, and expresses notes of pineapple, white peach, lemon peel, lime, bitter orange, and a hint of fresh aromatic herbs (bay leaf, thyme). The palate is fresh and juicy. There are the notes of white peach, lemon, grapefruit and thyme, as well as an integrated bitterness. The finish is quite persistent and refreshing.
