The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is reserved and discreet. We find notes of bigarreau cherry, cranberries, raspberry, a touch of strawberry and blueberry, as well as light touches of wild flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine offers a tangy fruity substance (notes of bigarreau cherry, strawberry, raspberry, cranberries), herbaceous notes (thyme, a touch of bay leaf) and wild flowers, a lively acidity and firm tannins, a bit rough. The finish is rather long, with a touch of lingering bitterness of cranberry.
