The nose is fruity, racy and offers freshness, a good definition, a fine minerality as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes o blackberry, violet/cornflower and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with fine touches of red fruits, zan, vanilla pod as well as fine hints of toasted and chocolate. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, precision, a mineral/fresh frame as well as dynamism/tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, Quetsche plum and small notes of strawberry associated with a touch of crushed redcurrant, a fine touch of flowers as well as discreet hints of cocoa, vanilla pod and a very discreet hint of almond/sweet spices. Tannins are structuring and slightly firm. A beautiful persistence.
