On the palate, the wine offers juiciness, an airy and tangy fruitiness, as well as freshness and gourmandise. It expresses the flavors of morello cherry, candied bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, red currant jelly, crushed blackcurrant as well as mint, basil, white pepper and some earthiness. The tannins are fine and velvety. Good length with fresh, salivating acidity. A fresh, refined and gourmand wine, with a pleasant acidity on the finish.
