The nose offers delicacy, fruit, controlled power, a certain subtlety and a certain intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of black plum as well as slight hints of liquorice, chocolate and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, delicacy, control and a good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of raspberry, small pulpy red berries as well as hints of chocolate, vanilla, toasted almond and a subtle hint of olive and sage. Good persistence. A very fine chew on the finish. A beautiful wine !
