The nose is mineral. It reveals notes of fresh mandarin, fresh apricot and small notes of yellow peach combined with small touches of flowers and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity and offers a mineral structure, suavity, a good definition, a certain tension and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow peach, yellow apple and small notes of lilac associated with touches of mandarin, a subtle hint of racy minerality and a discreet hint of verbena. A subtle hint of tannin and a nice acidulous side on the finish.
