The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky and offers a nice definition / finesse, gourmandise, depthness, roundness, a very fine unctuosity, a fine minerality, a beautiful acid frame, precision and harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy / juicy cassis and fine touches of crushed / fleshy raspberry, chocolate associated with subtle hints of caramelization, nougatine as well as subtle / imperceptible touches of toasted oak / Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
