The nose is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize and a fine power/intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, blackcurrant et small notes of violet plum associated with fine touches of fresh wild raspberry as well as fine hints of tonka bean, chocolate and a very discreet hint of hazelnut/mild tobacco leaf. The mouth is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize, a good definition, finesse of the grain as well as fullness and density. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ripe violet plum, fleshy blackberry and small notes of blackcurrant associated with fine touches of cherry, raspberry as well as discreet hints of toasted and cardamom. Good persistence with an imperceptible hint of grey pepper/coffee on the aftertaste.
