The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine juicy frame, a nice definition / elegance, a fine gourmandise (in the background), a fine fleshiness, roundness as well as a small harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed cassis and fine touches of strawberry combined with subtle hints of raspberry jam, subtle touches of vanilla as well as a discreet hint of gray pepper and fine / discreet touches of tonka bean (in the background). Tannins are fine, well-built and very slightly firm. Good length. There are fine touches of black cherry on the finish / persistence.
