The nose is aromatic and offers a certain concentration, precision and good definition. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, pulpy wild strawberry and small notes of juicy cassis, associated with touches of cherry blossom, as well as hints of wild plum, discreet hints of almost blood orange and a touch of sense of the place. The palate presents of fruit, juiciness, brightness, a certain suppleness and a fine roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, brilliant cherry and small notes of small red berries flirting with jammy and hints of balsamic, combined with a touch of black olive and a subtle hint of almost local grove, volcanic rock. The tannins are precise, mellow, sapid and gourmand. A subtle hint of almost blueberry in the background.
