The nose is precise, fresh and expresses notes of crushed raspberry, pulpy wild blackberry and, more slightly, violet, combined with touches of balsamic, pepper, cloves and subtle iodine/saline hints. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, purity and a nice definition of the fruit. It expresses the notes of bright raspberry, pulpy/juicy cherry and, more slightly, cornflower, associated with touches of liquorice stick, balsamic as well as fine hints of cardamom, almost camphor and mocha. The tannins are elegant, supple and sapid. Good length, nice freshness. A fine eucalyptus note in the background.
