The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small intensity as well as a certain aromatic purity. It reveals notes of cherry, rose and small notes of of cherry blossoms associated with touches of small red berries, racy minerality as well as fine hints of blackberry, Cuben pepper, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of saffron (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension, a certain suavity, energy, a racy minerality as well as a certain generosity in the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / acidulous cherry, cherry blossoms and small notes of rose associated with touches of iris, small red berries, cherry tail, hints of juicy blackberry, zan as well as a subtle hint of bay laurel, sweet spices, discreet hints of vanilla and a discreet hint of pepper (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
