The nose is fruity and offers a slight gourmandise as well as a slight richness/intensity. It reveals notes of compoted pear and slight notes of crushed mirabelle associated with discreet hints of butter as well as an imperceptible hint of minerality and butter. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, gourmand, well-balanced, silky, a bit aerial and offers a beautiful definition, a good volume, finesse, tension and fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow fruits (quince, mirabelle) and touches of yellow peach associated with a hint of apricot, a discreet hint of juicy clementine as well as an imperceptible toasted hint on the finish. Good length and persistence.
