The nose is fruity, elegant and offers concentration, a fine power, a fine floral side as well as a slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, purple plum and slight notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of strawberry, rose as well as a slight hint of lilac, bergamot, vanilla and a toasted hint / sweet spices. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandize, a small unctuosity in finesse, a fine acidulous frame as well as a beautiful brightness of red fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright Quetsche plum, bright redcurrants and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of wild strawberries, lilies/lilacs, cornflowers, liquorice as well as hints of racy minerality, a subtle almost saline hint and a discreet toasted hint. Tannins are precise and structuring.
