The nose is fruity, precise, elegant, fresh and clear/clean. It reveals notes of lemon and lemon zests associated with slight hints of flowers, yuzu as well as hints of white fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, silky, mineral, precise, fine, clean/clear, silky and offers a slight acid frame, fat, roundness, a slight richness, deepness as well as a melodious side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe mandarin and green apple associated with a subtle hint of peach compote, exotic fruits as well as very subtle toasted hints (in the background).
