The nose is powerful, open and fresh showing the notes of lemons, limes, freshly cut grass combined with hints of oyster shells, wet stones and gunpowder. The palate is based on mouthwatering acidity and enormous minerality. The structure is dense and linear. The wine reveals notes of grapefruit, pomelo, starfruit with a bit quince. The finish is fresh, straight-forward and pleasantly acidic.
