The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful grain, a small richness in finesse/control, a good definition, concentration (full of finesse), deepness as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of small ripe black berries, violet, small notes of nutmeg associated with touches of coffee, small ripe fruits, Madagascar pepper, cardamom, hints of olive tree, black olive, sugared mild tobacco, fine hints of vanilla pod as well as a very discreet hint of lavender and thyme flowers. The palate is mineral, fruity, elegant, gourmand, aerial and offers a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful finesse of the richness, fat, fullness, presence, a fine straightness as well as a beautiful finely creamy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy cassis, pulpy/fleshy plum, small notes of fleshy/pulpy raspberry associated with touches of coffee, olive tree/olive leaf, cardamom, tonka bean, vanilla as well as hints of tobacco and discreet hints of caramelized almond. Tannins are precise and elegant. A beautiful grain of tannins ! Good length. Congrats !
