The nose reveals notes of mirabelle plum, quince and slight notes of white fruit associated with slight touches of sweet spices, honey and a discreet woody hint. The mouth is beautifully fruity (juicy fruit), well-balanced, relatively gourmand and offers a good volume, a good definition / expression and a mineral frame (racy minerality, terroir). On the palate this wine expresses notes of white fruit associated with small notes of minerality (granite / rock), a touch of nectarine, quince as well as a discreet touch of kumquat, beeswax and small touches of sweet spices / wood. Good length.
