Pierre de Segonzac – PC 2 – Cognac

The nose is elegant and offers a certain deepness, finesse, intensity and a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of dry yellow grape, crystallized lemon, small notes of dry apple, dry zests associated with small touches of cedrat, small caramelized fruits as well as fine hints of peach flowers, apricot flowers, hints of tobacco, grey pepper, rose wood and a discreet hint of nougatine. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, a small gourmandize, juiciness, a small tension as well as a fine grain, intensity and elegance. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized apple, caramelized peach, small notes of peach associated with touches of caramelized lemon, dry citrus, dry zests as well as hints of dry white flowers, rose wood, dry rose, fine hints of pâtisseries, rancio, vanilla pod and a discreet hint of dry tobacco and grey pepper. Good length.
