The nose is fresh, mineral and offers a very fine concentration (in the background). It reveals notes of minerality, fresh citrus and fine touches of fleshy mirabelle associated with an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The wine needs to be served in carafe. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers dynamism, tension, a beautiful structure, a small juiciness, a (very) slight unctuosity, a fine suavity as well as an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and small notes of apricot associated with small touches of crushed mirabelle plum, exotic fruits and an imperceptible touch of beeswax (in the background). Good length. Good persistence (with touches of juicy fruits / acidulous citrus).
