On the nose it is fruity, finely tight and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fairly ripe wild strawberries, blackberry and more lightly cassis associated with touches of tobacco, local grove and a hint of pepper. On the palate is mineral and offers a solid tannic structure as well as freshness. The wine expresses notes of juicy / fleshy strawberry, fleshy / fresh red berries and more slightly fleshy cassis associated with touches of local grove, violet, tobacco as well as a subtle hint of laurel. Presence of a subtle hint of tonka bean as well as a subtle chew on the persistence / finish.
