The nose is gourmand and offers a slight racy concentration. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of sense of the place (local biotop) associated with touches of dry grove, pepper as well as a slight hint of rhubarb, small fruits and a subtle roasted hint. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral/ acidulous frame, a good definition, precision as well as a certain gourmandize. Beautiful purity and brightness of the fruit, an explosive/juicy and ripe side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of rhubarb associated with touches of wild small fruits, sense of the place (local biotop) as well as hints of racy minerality, balck olive and a discreet toasted hint in the background. Beautiful acidulous finish… Silky tannins. A saline/ iodine hint in the background.
