It reveals notes of fresh lemon, lemon flowers and small notes of apple associated with discreet hints of fresh litchee, rose and an imperceptible toasted hint. The palate is fruity, elegant, fine and offers delicacy, deepness, an acidulous/juicy frame, a fine creaminess as well as a fine tension. The effervescence is very fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon juicy green apple and small notes of crunchy nectarine associated with fine touches of lemon/juicy mandarine as well as discreet hints almond and brioche. Good length.
