The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is gourmand, fruity, with slightly sweet touches of golden apple and candied lemon, combined with notes of fresh lemon, fresh quince, passion fruit, as well as acacia, a very delicate aroma of flower honey in the background and a limestone mineral framework. The palate offers a silky texture, with complexity and a hint of honey on the attack, complemented by notes of golden apple, green pear, candied lemon in the background, as well as fresh lemon, passion fruit and green apple. We also find the sweet side of acacia and apple blossom, as well as a mineral touch of limestone. The finish is quite persistent and offers a certain roundness and delicacy, refreshed by a good grapefruit bitterness and a salivating acidity. Good balance between delicacy, the fleshy side of the fruits, the mineral typicity and the freshness of citrus.
