The foam is beautiful and persistent, the bubbles are fine and the color of this champagne is very pale yellow straw. The nose is fresh on fruits like white peach but also white currant and crunchy apple. Gradually the small pineapple strawberry makes its appearance as well as a vegetal side like moss of the woods. The palate is fresh with a hint of bitterness. It is vinous, delicate and discreet. We perceive some white fruits that accompany lively bubbles. The finish is sweet and discreet on almond milk and plum.
