The nose is aromatic, precise and offers a fine intensity, a small aromatic power and a fine grain. It reveals notes of crunchy wild blackberry, violet plum, small notes of dry local grove, pepper associated with fine touches of fleshy raspberry, cherry as well as hints of olive tree, black olive, nutmeg and very discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a small minerality as well as a beautiful definition, a bright/juicy/fresh fruit (keeps crunchiness) and a fine complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small bright red berries, cassis, small notes of crunchy blackberry associated with touches of cassis leaf, dry local grove, fresh rosemary as well as hints of cherry blossom, crushed raspberry, discreet hints of olive tree, an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). Good length. A very discreet hint of chocolate and bitterness as well as an imperceptible hint of thyme on the persistence.
