Peyrassol – Cuvée des Commandeurs 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, elegant, well-built and offers a good definition as well as a finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of juicy/ripe peach, fresh raspberry, small notes of juicy/fleshy apple associated with touches of fresh cherry, quince, very discreet hints of lychee seed and an imperceptible hint of rose. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a good finesse of the tension as well as suavity, a fine acidulous frame and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy raspberry, juicy quince, small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of lemon, lemon flowers as well as fine hints of quenette/passion fruit. Good length.
