The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, precise, gourmande, round and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame (beautiful acidity), suavity, fat, a good definition and dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, crunchy peach and small notes of Williams pear, apple associated with hints of zest / ripe seed and racy minerality. Good length.
