(100% Merlot) The nose offers a certain gourmandize as well as a fine sensation of creaminess. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, creamy strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of flowers as well as toasted hints and vanilla. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, tension, a good definition as well as a certain precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, creamy/fresh small fruits and small notes of fleshy wild raspberry associated with toasted touches, toasted almond as well as subtle hints of liquorice and vanilla. Tannins are mellow and offer a fine chew. Good length. A certain gourmandize and chew on the finish / persistence.
