Petit Pabus 2020 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose offers a nice definition of the fruit as well as a pulpy/gourmand fruit. It reveals notes of violet, pulpy cherry and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of small, bright red fruits as well as a hint of saffron (on its flowery side) and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, juiciness, freshness, a nice definition, fruit, gourmandize, with a discreet hint of roast (in the background) as well as tanginess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, cassis and small notes of bright raspberry associated with a touch of liquorice, roasted fruit and a discreet hint of mocha. Tannins are supple and straight. Good length.
