The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful purity and silkiness with precision and a discreet salty character. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, small creamy blue fruits, and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of strawberry as well as hints of star anise, toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, is beautifully fresh, mineral, cremosity in elegance and freshness, precision, tension, and delicacy in its extent. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, creamy Boysen blackberry and small notes of fresh berries associated with touches of racy/ saline minerality as well as hints of lily, lilac and fresh licorice stick. Good length. Suppleness, freshness, and a slight fat with a beautiful sapidity and a slight mache in the mouth with persistence and gourmandise.
