The nose is elegant, concentrated and offers a nice infusion side, an elegant and airy darkness. There are notes of bright wild blackcurrant, small wild black berries and small notes of infusion associated with touches of roasted cherry, aromatic herbs as well as a hint of graphene, toast, bergamot and a very discreet hint of hazelnut. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a tangy/bright side, a nice definition and delicacy. It also reveals tension, precision, accuracy, a lace texture and a certain small density while remaining balanced. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackcurrant, concentrated boysenberry and small notes of infusion associated with almost herbal touches, black tea, roasted almond as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean. Tannins are mellow and gourmands. Beautiful small chew and very nice sapidity/gourmandise on the finish.
