The nose is fruity, well-built, slightly concentrated and offers elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, black cherry and small notes of red fruits associated with discreet hints of blueberry, liquorice as well as an imperceptible hint of cornflowers and toasted. The mouth is fruity, racy, elegant and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality (mineral frame), a beautiful definition, gourmandise, a beautiful fat as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysenberry and fleshy cassis associated with small notes of crunchy small red fruits, blueberry, toasted as well as discreet hints of vanilla and chocolate. The tannins are fine and very discreetly tight. Good length. A wine full of gourmandise !
