The nose is aromatic and relatively fine. It reveals notes of leather, gray pepper and oak associated with slight notes of blackberry as well as a hint of small berries and a very discreet hint of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, slightly gourmand, a bit silky and offers tension, fat, roundness as well as a good volume. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, blueberry and slight notes of crushed strawberry associated with slight hints of crushed redcurrant as well as hints of toasted oak, liquorice and a discreet hint of spices. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length
